City Heights Grinds on Community Health in Urban Planning
Urban planners are expanding their definition of health beyond the state's CEQA environmental law - and City Heights
skaters are in on the trend. They helped author a report that looks at the health benefits and implications of the skate park coming to their neighborhood.

Crafting an Arts District in Azalea Park
"(Azalea Park) could be filled with galleries, artist spaces, dance studios, theatre groups, coffee shops and restaurants. It could be a sister neighborhood to South Park just west of the 805 freeway." - Ricardo Moran, president of the Azalea Park Neighborhood Association
