San Diego African Youth Empowerment Conference

For the last 15 years, African youth living in San Diego have been facing many challenges preventing them from better integration into life in the United State. The African Youth Empowerment Conference will bring youth from different African countries living in San Diego, California to deepen their understanding of coping with new life and propose ways to be more successful and contributing member of society.

The 2018 (AYEC) conference will bring various professional speakers who will speak/train in topics such as: Education as path to success, peace and reconciliation, Youth and employment, Youth leadership and immigrant advocacy, Youth and sexual and reproductive health awareness, youth and social media and Youth and financial education

Youth from more than 8 different African countries living in San Diego will be represented in this conference.
