Mission Thrift Shops -- the best deal in town!
In 1993, San Diego Rescue Mission opened its first thrift store. Since then, we have opened two more stores to support the continuing needs of our vital life-saving programs. Each operation provides a vital significant financial revenue stream to the Mission. Additionally, at each location, program members participate in work therapy and are trained in retail, bookkeeping, and other services.
The most recent store in El Cajon opened on Saturday, February 26th, 2006.
Rescue Mission Thrift Shops offer the best deals in town on "gently used" clothing, sports equipment, furniture, and other household items. Come by for a bargain, and help the Mission reach out to homeless men, women, and children in San Diego!
